Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to be! It's very important to me that you're comfortable. That means where ever you prefer to work out, I'll set up a plan for you. I also offer virtual training for at home workouts.
Since I'm not a registered dietitian, meal plans are not in my scope of practice. I can coach you on best practices and can help you with recipes, grocery lists, and guidance for eating out.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals.
